Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Calon Murid Sekolah Airlines menggunakan Metode TOPSIS (Studi Kasus : QPTC Dimas Airlines School)

Currently, the method for selecting prospective students at QPTC Dimas Airlines School only relies on initial registration of trainees. However, this approach cannot guarantee that selected participants have met the company's standard criteria, and the selection process tends to be subjective due to the lack of an objective assessment component regarding training results. To improve the selection process for prospective students to flight attendant standards, QPTC Dimas Airlines School requires a web-based system that implements the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This system will help in assessing more objectively, by utilizing PHP as a web programming language and MySQL as a database server. This research adopts the TOPSIS method, and the result is a decision support system that can accurately carry out calculations in the prospective student selection process. The system that has been created was tested on 3 employees and obtained an average usability measurement result of 3.94, which means it is quite good and the system can be used easily by employees.
